Training Programs

Whether you're brand new to strength training or an established athlete. Hera tailors your program to you needs, abilities and goals.

All of our programs are designed to increase your strength whilst improving technique, mobility and speed.

Our standard Weightlifting program is a periodised 5 days a week plan, including snatch, clean & jerk, pulls, squats and accessories.

Our Weightlifting Plus program is customised to your goals, strengths & weaknesses. i.e. if you struggle with the Snatch their will be additional snatch exercises and accessories.

Both programs are available as stand alone plans or with inclusive online coaching. Direct video response feedback is provided daily.
